At KORISH Skincare, we take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Incorrect product delivered
Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the product as proof.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting necessary details
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
